Thank you for visiting my website! I appreciate your interest in my candidacy for Lee County Commission, District 5. Although I am running for a seat representing a specific area of Lee County, all registered Republicans are permitted to vote in the Primary Election, regardless of where you live. As such, I will be a voice of change for all Lee County voters.

I entered this race because I am committed to making Lee County better!

Our current board of county commissioners is too accustomed to looking to the past for solutions to today's problems, and are too beholden to special interest groups who don't have the interest of our entire county at heart.

As your commissioner, I will look to new ideas to improve our beautiful community. I will never be beholden to any special interest groups. Moreover, I am committed to listening to citizens and ensuring that all sides of any given issue get their due consideration.

As I walk door-to-door, attend community meetings, fairs, and campaign events, I hear from voters who are concerned about many important issues. In listening to citizens, these are the things I hear the most and are the three main issues I am highlighting in my campaign:

Citizens of Lee County want Taxpayer Relief! The best way to keep politicians from spending your money is to leave it in your pocket in the first place. As your county commissioner, I will fight to cut wasteful government spending while focusing on providing essential services, and will work hard to provide taxpayer relief to the hard working people of Lee County. Lee County deserves better!

Improve Transportation and Infrastructure. Who among us can deny the importance of good roads and bridges, water and sewer lines, schools and libraries? These "bricks and mortar" projects are among the few essential elements government should provide. Investment in transportation and infrastructure pays long-term benefits to our county's economy, and it directly improves the quality of our lives. Lost time spent stuck in rush-hour traffic on I-75 or US 41 means less time for parents to spend with their children, less time for seniors to volunteer at a food bank, and less time being productive at work. As your county commissioner, I will concentrate on improvements to our transportation and infrastructure with a long-term focus on the ultimate benefit to our economy and quality of life. Lee County deserves better!

Improve and Protect our Environment. We must use common sense when considering the impact of development and environmental considerations. Lee County needs to have responsible smart growth. There has to be a happy medium that is fair and balanced, so current and future generations can enjoy the outdoors, clean waters, fresh air, and open spaces that make Lee County so attractive. Elected officials, government regulators, environmental watchdogs, and builders must all work together to ensure these goals are met. As your county commissioner, I will fight hard to protect and improve the natural environment with balance. Lee County deserves better!
